Stacey Haslow is the Wisconsin Statewide Parent-Educator Initiative (WSPEI) Family Engagement Coordinator for Cooperative Educational Service Agency #10 (CESA 10) in west-central Wisconsin. Her role is to create stronger connections and engagement between schools and the families that they serve.
Her focus as a WSPEI coordinator is to promote and support strong relationships and dual capacity building for families and schools to connect, communicate, and collaborate more effectively in order to improve student outcomes and close the achievement gap for our special needs students. WSPEI offers a variety of services to meet the needs of families who have a child with a disability and the school staff who work with them.
Before coming to CESA 10, Stacey was a middle school math teacher for 25 years in, and involved in many district initiatives and leadership roles. She is the proud mother of three amazing sons, two in high school and one in middle school. They are all on the autism spectrum. This dual perspective gives Stacey unique skills to support families and schools in this role.
